Human rights and Social Justice is at the core of my interest because the world we live in is still deep-rooted in legal and social discriminations that restrict freedom, expression, inclusion, and association of persons. I am interested in how we can close the social and policy gaps in human rights protection through inclusive laws and policies that are centered on our diversity as people but also rooted in equity and equality.
Storytelling
Stories are the gateway to how we achieve many of our social change objectives. I believe strongly that stories are a tool for social advocacy and change. For me, storytelling revolves around how we use stories to check who we are and who we can be or want to be as a people.
